What Does This MRI Scan Reports Indicate?

mri results: t8-9 and t9-10 left paracentral dics protrusions are quite smalll and are not associated with central canal or foraminal stenosis. @ t10-11 there is facet arthropathy andligamentum flavum hpertrophy focally which results in some posterior remodeling of the thecal sac but no central canal stenosis. mild superior endplate depression @ t11 may be related to remote trauma. what does this all mean?

1.The disc which is seen in between two vertebrae has moved posteriorly.
2.Its not causing pressure effect on the nerve - its good.
3.There is joint arthropathy - inflammation in the joint, it could be post traumatic causes.
4.There is no central canal stenosis, no pressure on the spinal chord.
5.End plate depression - reduced intervertebral space.
6.Your symptoms can be relieved by simple back exercises, if causing any difficulty in daily activities - an intervention / operative procedure may be needed.
