What Does This MRI Test Result For Shoulder Pain Indicate?

I had an MRI of my shoulder because I had shoulder and severe arm pain. the MRI showed I had heterogeneous bone marrow signal and should be checked for myeloproliferative disease. I had a skeletal survey and blood work done and still have no answers. should I be concerned?

HI
I really appreciate your concern, MRI findings are not specific one and this does not indicate any disease in apparent and better to have second opinion from the orthopedic surgeon, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
