Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services. I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per the MRI report of your mom, generalized cortical atrophy and mild ischemic changes of white matter may be part of aging or premature aging from various reasons.
It is the underlying imbalance of neurochemical levels, nerve compression or neuro receptor maladaptations to physiology which is responsible for the tremors of hands and legs.
Kindly get a detailed evaluation with expert neurologist and discuss the issue in greater details with him or her only for best co relation ahead.
Wish her best health and recovery. Thank you. Regards.
