What Does This MRI Test Result Of Back Signify?

Hi iam looking some information regaridng my MRI Resuls, As per the results Loss of lumbar lordosis noted . Discogenic endplate changes noted at L4-L5 AND L5-S1 level Annular dis bulge noted a L5 - S1 leve due that iam having pain lower back and left thigh .Please suggest whether it is normal or required surgery
