What Does This MRI Test Result Of Foot Indicate?

my daughter had an MRI on her foot and this is what the test results said: Impression: 1. Posterior tibial tenosynovitis and nonspecific edema predominantly along the medial and lateral aspect the ankle extending into the dorsum of the foot 2. Small tibial talar and posterior subtalar effusions. What does this mean?

I really appreciate your concern, inflammatory condition is there and it really needs to be correlate with it, ideally you should have given the something about the clinical condition for which the test being done, without this nothing can be said for sure, hope this information helps.
