General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thanks for sharing your concern with us .
Your MRI indicates problem in thoracic spine in form of a hemangioma which rarely needs treatment until and unless gets complicated with collapse of vertebral body or encroachment into neural canal which starts causing pain . With this you also have lumbar disc problem . You should avoid bending forwards and lifting any weight .
Possible treatment of symptomatic large hemangiomas include embolization , surgical resection and radiotherapy .
You should consult it further with orthopedic spine specialist .
For lumbar problem regular Physical therapy is best treatment option

Best Regards ,
