hi my 26 year old son had an mri of his shoulder done, and it says diffuse red marrow regeneration i am looking that up and the closest i find is red marrow reconversion can you tell me if that is the same thing and what is it before i panic because i keep seeing hodgkins lymphoma links

A bone marrow examination is required to rule out possible causes like malignancy.
