What Does This NCCT Head Report Mean?

I got my NCCT head report and it has the following observation. Please suggest. "There is prominence of cortical sulci, CSF spaces and ventricular system consistent with diffuse atrophic changes." "Rest of the cerebral gray and white matter otherwise show normal attenuations." " Brainstem, basal ganglia and thalami appear normal". " The posterior fossa structure appear unremarkable."
