What Does This ND Scan Test Result Indicate?

I did a scan ND it says..... Normal_size retroverted uterus seen with uniform myometrial, echopattern measuring 39mm in ap diameter, endometrial plate is well outlined, no intra/extra uterine crisis seen, both ovaries are within normal limits. Pod is free. Conclusion acyesis..... Pls doctor wat is meaning of dis scan

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the ultrasound report you have furnished, the following things can be inferred.
1. Uterus is normal size and shape.
2. Musculature of uterus is uniform and endometrial plate is well outlined.
3. There are no abnormalities seen either inside or in the surrounding tissues around uterus.
4. Both the ovaries appear to be normal.
5. There is no free fluid in pouch of Douglas (POD) indicating there is absence of pelvic infection.
To conclude, the report says 'acyesis'. Acyesis means there is an absence of pregnancy.
