General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The mild dysplasia could be due to infection.
So don't worry about the mentioned report.

However, it's advisable to repeat pap smear at the yearly interval for screening as koilicytic atypia could be due to CIN 1 for which regularly screening needs to be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
