What Does This Pap Smear Test Report Indicate?

Pap smear revealed clusters of endocervical cells, superficial, intermediate, and parabasal along with moderate amount of neutrophil inflammation against the background of proteinaceous material and RBCs. Can you please throw light on the report, is there something to worry about? Need to undergo more tests?
