General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
This RBC count is quiet significant. It could indicate a genito-urinary pathology( infection, renal stones) which warrants urgent further investigation. I recommend visit an emergency room with this report and get a detailed workup done including perhaps an abdominal ultrasonography. Drink fluids and keep your bladder full before getting an ultrasonography as the radiologist will be able top better visualize your genito-urinary system if your urinary bladder is full.
Take care. Be well.
