What Does This TSH Level In Blood Indicate?

Hi, What do you think about a TSH of 93.6? I am 50 yo thyroid removed. No weight gain but a nervous wreck. Many signs and symptoms but still able to function which surprised my doc. Lasting damage? I ve always been tough but really don t think in general people understand nor do I realize how bad I feel since I ve accepted this is just living so move on. On 137 mcg and this has maintained me in past but why let me walk out of doc office with this TSH level?
