What Does This TSH Value Indicate?

I had a TSH test done some time ago. My range is .39 . According to the charts 0.27-4.20 is in normal range. To me this seems like my levels are on the lower end. My doctors say Im ok. But I feel nervous and depressed sometimes and I wonder if this could be a factor. Is there something I can do? Should I be concerned about these levels?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your TSH level is with in normal limits. A full thyroid profile is recommended for knowing more accurate. Do you have any clinical symptoms? If no clinical symptoms like palpitation, high cholesterol and excess weight gain then nothing to worry. If clinical symptoms are there then free t3 free t4 also should be assessed also
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
