What Does This TVS Report Indicate?

Hi, Doctor i am 43 having had 2 children recently had a pelvic ultra sound it said transabdominal and transvaginal studies demonstrate the presence of bulky uterus measuring 92 x 57 x 61mm. A 30mm anterior myometrial fibroid is seen. Endometrical thickness is 9mm. Both ovaries are normal. Ther is no adnexal mass or free fluid.
