What Does This TVS Scan Report Indicate?

hi, i had a transvaginal ultrasound, and these are the findings.within the endrometrium are echogenic structures measuring 8x6 mm and 9x5suspicious of polyps. both ovaries have numerous small subcapsular follicles suggestive of polycystic pattern ovaries.minimal free fluid in the cul-de-sac. I am 32 y/o, 5ft &5.5 inches tal, 113kg
