General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is hepatomegaly with enlargement of liver size on scan as well as grade 3 and diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver. There can be various issues behind this such as:
- Chronic alcohol consumption
- Chronic consumption of medications which can hamper the liver metabolism
- Hyper-cholesterolemia or Triglyceridemia
- Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease from issues as chronic hepatitis or others

Detailed metabolic panel evaluation with further parameters are needed for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
