What Does This USG Test Result Mean?

hello sir,.. my usg done on29/6/17.the report saying...Left ovary shows an irregular anechoic focus of 11/\6mm with crenated margins and internal echoes suggesting recently ruptured follicle.few smallfollicles of 6-8mm are noted in both ovaries.And impression was Mild fluid in the pouch of douglas no other significant abnormality demonstrable in this study.sir what is this report saying,my lmp on june 13/17.please answer me sir.thank you.

USG findings suggest of cystic ovarian mass.It can also be polycystic ovary syndrome.
Further follow up need to be done from gynaecologist.further investigations like repeat USG after certain intervals,CT scan abdo,Hormone therapy may be needed depending upon the results of investigations
