hi doctor. my 3 yr old child has recurrent pneumonia, like this year, he had 2 episodes. his xray findings are these: heart size cannot be properly evaluated due to obliquity, there are linear, hazy infiltrates in both lung fields with predominance in the lower lobes, hili are full, diaphragm and visualized osseous structures are intact. what does these results mean?
