What Does This X-ray Finding Indicate?

Dear Doctor, I got my x-ray result today. And the results is Fibroid Densities are seen on both upper lobe. My doctor said its only a scar I was treated for 6 months last 2015. But im worried is there any madicine to cure this this? Waiting for you answer. Thank you. Gen
