What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi my name is joyce and i just had my x-ray result and it says that there are suspicious densities are seen at the right upper lobe. Heart is not enlarged. Trachea is midline. The diaphragm an CP sulci are intact. deffered -ALV suggested. can you tell me what does it mean? i m asking if i have allergic rhinitis also because evry morning i sneeze specially when its cold. thanks.. pls answer me.. According to your x-ray chest there is density in the upper lob which can be a mass for example a pancost tumour or mass or may be tuberculosis. Which we cannot tell without seeing the x-ray. Also pulmonary tuberculosis another possible leasion which occurs at the upper lobe.

If possible can you send your x-ray to me so I can comment.
