June 2015 a MRI was done and I am being referred to a neurosurgeon. No print out and still waiting for this appointment. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of MRI report indicates moderate to severe degenerative joint disorder involving cervical spine. As the physiotherapy and massage is not helping, my suggestions are:
- Cervical collar
- Better analgesic and anti-inflammatory medicines
- Disease modifying drugs as methotrexate or others
- Fusion surgery as last resort

However, when plates of MRI are available with you, kindly share them with me at any point of time for further reference and discussion.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
