What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

I am a woman aged 43 and for the past 3 years my nose has stopped producing mucus. At night nose is so dry and uncomfortable so I put water and Vaseline. Last month I had a forehead headache for 3 weeks which eventually went away on its on. 6 days ago the headache returned its primarily over the bridge of my nose my eyebrows and forehead and it bothers my eyes. I got my eyes checked and was told it was not my eyes. I had an ex-ray of my sinuses done and the results were: The frontal sinuses are hypo plastic, There is some mucosal thickening in the ethmoid sinuses and right maxillary sinus. There is no evidence of air fluid level What does that mean and what do I need to do to rectify this problem. thank you for all your help. Mely

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be some allergic condition, some time antihistamine could be the cause of dry nose, better to drink more water try some steam inhalation, no need to be over conscious else condition would be more troublesome because of stress, whatever the findings given here it nothing to take anything with dry nose and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
