What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?
Evidence of echogenic focus with posterior acoustic shadowing,measuring 10.1 mm is seen in lower calyx.Evidence of well defined hypoechoic area measuring 12 *12 mm is seen in mid pole.corticomedullary distinction is present. Above is the Report of my X-RAY shown for Right Kidney. I just want to know from which disease I got affected and what to do next.

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Your X-ray report suggests,there's likely to be a 1 cm stone in right kidney, with a 12x12mm cyst. This needs accurate test,like a CT-IVU(CECT) scan.
First the kidney function test,creatinine,along with tests like, blood routine,RBS,platelets,uric acid,and LFT, need to be done.
Urine routine and culture is routine test. Drink 12-15 glasses fluids daily.
After examination by an Urologist,and seeing reports,proper advice's given.
