General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the bony cavity or sinuses inside your facial part of skull bone are showing some inflammatory changes inside.

The maxillary sinus located at maximum part of face and no both sides of nose, and extending upto upper jaw is showing a small thickening of its walls as well as some outgrowth which can be a polyp.

Also the nasal septum or wall between both nasal openings is deviated from inside and may need septoplasty to repair it else it can cause repeated sinus infections or congestion. A detailed otolaryngologist review is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
