What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Dear Sir, My age is 80 years. My x-ray report for barium swallow study is all normal except last line says prominent aortic knuckle with unfolding of aorta . What does this mean ? Pl. explain in some simple language. thanks a lot for this noble service.

Hi, with age and due to constant pressure of blood being pumped into it, the Aorta dilates and the knuckle becomes prominent. Also it is arched normally. As we age this arch is lost and aorta straightens out or unfolds itself out. Regards
