What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

hi Im nica I Have my xray result now my chest pa has a fibrohazed densities seen in both upper lungs. heart is not enlarge diaphragm is intact rest is visualized structures are unremarkable the impression is -ptb of undetermined activity upper lungs i want to know if it is curable and what is the meaning of that because im so nervous if it is transferable to other person.
