What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Was in a car wreck back hurts...X ray shows congenital endplate irregularities, degenerate disc disease, disc spacing narrowing in lumbar and thoriac area. Key 12, l1, l2, l3... Nothing looks acute. Should I be worried and what should I do? I m only 30 and my backs never bothered me before... The pain is a mild and aggravating as day goes on back just gets exhausted and I have trouble walking feels like my tail bone and lower back is supporting my whole body. Also goes numb....

For a 30 years old that you are this report suggest some spondiloartrosis that is not characteristic of your age, but it doesn't suggest fractures or somethingt traumatic. Anywhay i think you can have a Thoraco-lumbar MRI in order to exclude marrow oedema of the vertebral body, which is a finding that is often not discovered in X ray and to better check this disc desease that the X ray suggest.
