What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

My xray result says that hazy densities are seen in the right perihilar, paracardiac and retrocardiac areas. The trachea is at midline. The heart is not enlarged. The costophrenic sulci are intact. The hemdiaphragms are smooth. The rest of the findings are unremarkable. Impression: pneumonia, right follow-up is suggested. Question: is this alarming sir?
