Hello,

Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing chest x-ray, any associated symptoms, et cetera?

The chest x-ray report is suggestive of tuberculosis of the lung until proved otherwise by more testing. You need to undergo certain lab tests such as CBC, ESR, and sputum for acid-fast bacilli, or PPD to confirm the diagnosis of tuberculosis.

If you take the prescribed medications for 6-9 months, this infection is easily treatable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
