What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Yes I’ve had pneumonia in July and again now Also I Believe last Feb Anyhow I’ve now had 2 X-rays where they say I sh come back for a follow up bc these a “shadow” on the L lung No I do not have COPD&am currently trying to quite smoking My concern is 1 of these X-rays was done@a clinic the other@a hospital just yesterday So that would’ve been my “follow up” what does this “shadow bit” be about? Thank You!

According to the history, it would be better for detecting the shadow to do a chest CT.
