General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is a suspicious lesion in the upper part of your right lung. Most probably it will be a healer and old lesion without any active disease process.

You can opt for a CECT thorax to get a better clinical picture. A sputum study is also required to rule out tuberculosis. Consult a pulmonologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
