Hello doctor, my query is for the meaning of my husband s x-ray result wich says ; Fibro-haze in the right-apical and infra-clavicular area. Heart is not enlarged. Intact diaphram and costophremic angles. REMARKS: Suggestive of Koch s Inflirates, right Please correlate with clinical and with analysis for infinitive diagnosis. You have opaque density in apical region of right lung...
So you are having pneumonic consolidation...
It might be bacterial or tuberculosis consolidation
Your sputum gram stain and AFB examination should be done for that
If needed sputum cytology and culture done
Here clinical correlation and Auscultation is must before giving further comment
If tuberculosis positive than akt needs to be started
