What Does This X-ray Report Signify?

Hi I had done an X-ray recently Got this report Prominent bronchovascular markings in bilateral lower zones. Rest of the visualized lung fields are clear Both hila appears normal Both CP angles are clear Domes are normally placed Cardiac shadow appears normal Trachea and mediastinum are normal Thoracic bony cage is normal What is the Problem I have here

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

I can assure you that the above report is perfectly normal and nothing to worry in it.
As per your X-ray you have prominent BVM(Broncho Vascular Markings), it is nothing but a fluid collection in your lung that develop after an episode of infection. It will revert to normal in few days even with out treatment.
All other findings are perfectly normal and no lung diseases are detected in the present film.
I suggest you to take a repeat X-ray for follow up.
