What Does This X-ray Report Specify?

What does it mean my x-ray result are irregular hazed densities are seen in my both lungfield .the vascular markings are not accentuated ,the heart is not in large the rest of the visualized structure areunremarkable what does it mean did I am sick ?

hi.

noted xray results. are you exposed to any chemicals (silica, asbestos, etc) or dust frequently? it may be a pneumonic process. other infectious etiologies such as tuberculosis must also be ruled-out. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably an internal medicine doctor or a pulmonologist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. other diagnostics and management (proper antibiotic regimen) will be directed accordingly.
