General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is thickening of walls of the nasal cavity. Probably it is due to inflammatory causes or by allergic in origin. Nothing much to worry and generally it will settle by itself.

Continue your current line of management. Homeopathy may not be useful in this situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
