1. The features in your x-ray says that reticular ( white band like lines ) haziness ( haziness is seen in cad of active infection) in the right upper lobe. 2.Hyper inflated right lung - due to the lung upper lobe has pathology and not completely involving - so compensatory acton taken taken by rest of the lung and its hyper inflated. 3.Rest of the findings in your x-ray are normal. 4.Most possible cause with specific features like cavity fibrous changes in the apical / upper lobe considered as pulmonary tuberculoses unless proven, as its most common location. 5.However pathology test - sputum need to be done, only after that one can give a definite diagnosis of PTB - pulmonary tuberculosis. 6.Suggest further investigate the issue. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
