What Does This Abdominal Scan Report Signify?

hi I am 33 years old my second pregnancy. fetus with 6 weeks My gestational sac is in uterine cavity but it is in lower than normal sac implantation. FHR is seen.Heterogeneous subchorionic hemorrhage with 1.4 cc volume is seen superiorly to gestationalsac. please help me is it candidate for abortion?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
From the description you have mentioned based on the ultrasound report, the following things can be inferred.
1. Gestational sac is seen and it appears to be about 6 weeks size.
2. Feral heart rate is noticed and thus it says the pregnancy is viable.
However, there are certain amount of risk factors associated and could end up in miscarriage, due to findings stating:
1. Lower than normal implantation.
2. 1.4 cc hemorrhage present in the subchorionic region.
It is advisable to take complete bed rest and repeat scan after a week to know about the status.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for appropriate advise and management.
