hey doctor, y name mohammad.I m married since 02 september, I m staying africa.I have been failing to consept pragnent to my wife since 4month.february I m going back africa.I m 30yrs old.what should I do? I did test my wife usg report say, uterus:normal in size and antervert in position.myometrial is homogenous in echogenicity.endomentrial cavity is empty adnexae:no abnormality detected u -bladder:contour of urinary bladder normal,wall thickness normal.no echogenic structure is seen in lumen
