What Does This Abdominal Sonography Report Indicate?

Good Morning Doctor, Recently i have been Diagnosed with Dengue, had severe stomach ache too, Hence on doctors advised carried out sonography of Stomach, where the reports confirmed that the Liver had enlarged to 16.3 cms and spleen is enlarged along with polyp in Gall bladder. Please advise.

antigen test and platelet count is recomanded test. other test like ultrasound will not be helpful.youhave informed that you have been diagnosed tobe suffering from dengue. so how it was done. hydration to be maintained and avoid taking aspirin or ibuprofen. can take paracetamol if requered. platelet count test is most effective guide to progress of disease.
