General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The presence of free fluid in the pelvis can be part of inflammation reaction to pelvic infection or bacterial contamination of vaginal canal. However, free fluid in the endometrial canal does not sound to be normal in this co relation and hence your doctor must review the whole report in your follow up session.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
