Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There is slight enlargement of liver and it is nothing much to worry. Do a liver function test (LFT) to assess the functional status of liver. No treatment is required. Avoid alcohol and fatty foods and repeat the scan after six months.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
