Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i would suggest you get a CECT-(contrast CT-IVU).
The U/S scan report shows vague descriptions of a small cyst in left kidney, of 3x2mm size with ?another cyst of 9x6mm size. The smaller cyst shows, content is not clear fluid,so reported as hyperechoic. Could be a small growth? Difficult to comment. There's also bladder stone reported with change in ?size. A CECT will clarify these. According to it's report treatment can be advised. She must have urine routine, blood creatinine, sugar tested. You may send it for my expert opinion ,as a direct question, to me.
