Hi & Welcome. Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing ultrasound scan, any symptoms like abdominal pain, vomiting, indigestion, etc.? The ultrasound findings are suggestive of gall stones with inflammation of the gall bladder. Left untreated, these stones may cause infection, obstructive jaundice, inflammation of pancreas, & some times cancer in long term. Definitive treatment in this condition is surgical removal of gall bladder which is done by laproscope (minimally invasive). Recovery is fast by this procedure. Consult an experience laparascopic surgeon for further evaluation & treatment.
