General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is dilation of her bowel loops is there, it might be secondary to infection or inflammation like pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). She can go for a CECT abdomen to get a better clinical picture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
