General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that it may be a case of mild hydronephrosis due to renal calculi. Potassium citrate solution and lots of fluids is the answer. For pain, a painkiller suspension should be given too in between.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
