Hello,

Looking to your age and all the stated history and symptoms; it is most advisable to manage the case medically and nothing more invasive or cardiac procedure need to be done. With the 90% coronary artery block, collateral blood supply takes all the care. Of course it is the coronary artery disease but can be managed medically.

Hope I have answered your query,
Let me know for further assistance.
