What Does This Anomaly Scan During 20 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

Yesterday we went through the anomaly scan for my wife at 20 weeks. The findings are 1) Single live intrauterine fetus. 2) Cephalic presentation with spine left anterior. 3) Fetal spontaneous movements and cardiac activity are normal. Fetal Heart Rate: 148/min. 4) Fetal measurements correspond to 20-21 weeks gestation. 5) Liquor volume is adequate (AFI-16). 6) Umbilical cord shows three vessels. 7) Placenta is posterior and of Grade I maturity. 8) Internal os is closed. Cervical length is (3.8cm) normal. 8) No evidence of sonologically detectable gross fetal anomalies, with the available fetal position and liquor. 9) Survey scan of maternal abdomen shows normal sonologic features of Liver, Gallbladder, Spleen, Pancreas and Kidneys. FETAL BIOMETRY: Femur-33mm, Humerus-31mm, BPD-47mm, Fetal AC-153mm, Fet. Body weight - 340gm approx. Can some one confirm me whether things are OK in this measures or anything else I need to followup immediately? Thanks & Regards, P.ROBINS.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the report of the anomaly scan, it says that there is no anomaly detected in the foetus and is appropriate for gestational age.
Foetal measurements corresponds to 20 to 21 weeks of pregnancy, which corresponds to the weeks you have mentioned. Foetal heart rate and movements are normal. Fluid surrounding the foetus, umbilical cord and maturity of placenta is proper.
Other organs of the mother is also normal.
Kindly get her antenatal check-ups done as scheduled.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
