Welcome to health care magic.

.Sciatic pain in radiating to the hip and down the feet is due to the nerve root compression at lower vertebral levels.
.Due to the disc bulge causing pressure effect on the nerve gives such symptoms.
.Cystic changes sacral ala and near the Si joint are due to a vascular necrosis features. which are seen as a bone marrow changes.
.Due to systemic vascular cause, or localised inflammatory reaction.
.As a remedy for sciatic radiating pain can be reduced with the help of back exercises that will help instant help and followed by physiotherapy.
.About bony systemic changes depending on the stage and disability the operative is treatment of choice. Good luck.
