What Does This Below Blood Sugar Report Indicate?

Hallo sir/Madam
I am 58 yrs old/female. Today I have checked my Blood Sugar Fasting and P.P.
After getting the report I was a little bit confused regarding my reportbecause my fasting sugar level is higher than p.p. level.
My Sugar (F) level - 165 mg/dl
Sugar (P.P) level - 96 mg/dl

before 1 week it was Sugar (F) - 163 mg/dl
and Sugar (P.P) - 165 mg/dl

My question is -
a) Whether it is a popular case or something wrong with me?
b) What things may cause this type of result?
c) What is the remedie?
